1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using PlayMore.gg (“the Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use the Platform.

2. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Accept responsibility for all activity under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to play games or submit scores
  • Manipulate leaderboards through fraudulent score submissions
  • Exploit bugs or vulnerabilities instead of reporting them
  • Harass, abuse, or threaten other users
  • Use offensive or inappropriate usernames
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform or other accounts
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Platform or its servers

4. Game Scores and Leaderboards

All game scores are validated server-side. We reserve the right to remove scores that we determine were submitted through illegitimate means. Accounts found to be cheating may be suspended or permanently banned.

5. User Content

By uploading an avatar or choosing a username, you grant PlayMore.gg a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display that content on the Platform. You are responsible for ensuring that any content you upload does not infringe on the rights of others.

6. Intellectual Property

The Platform, including its design, code, and original content, is owned by PlayMore.gg. Classic game concepts (Tetris, Chess, etc.) are in the public domain or used under applicable licenses. All implementations are original.

7. Account Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in cheating, or disrupt the Platform. In the case of a ban, you will be informed of the reason.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times or free from errors.

9. Limitation of Liability

PlayMore.gg shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will update the “Last updated” date when changes are made.
